One of my friend who was appointed as rbo in last batch told me that we were being contacted by ubl after 3 days of interview.
so we are still waiting.

Does any body knows whatz their selection criteria? does Academic marks matter? whats the weightage of of interview and academic?

Masters and Graduate of Business, Commerce, Economics both are eligible.
syllabus: English, Gen Knowledge, Mathematics, IQ ( 10 each )
An 40 MCQs based Written test is conducted
Successful candidates are to appear for an interview b4 a 3 member panel.
And shortlisted candidates are called for the medical test
And selected candidates are to sign a bond of amounting to 200k.

Dear i also gave the interview and know all these steps. I wand to ask whatz the weightage of interview marks nd academic marks to qualify medical??
