Default ABL MTOs
i was selected as Management Trainee in last batch of year 2011. ABL doesn't intimate candidates who will fail to clear their basic criteria and only successful candidates of written test will be called for interview. Last time there was only one interview followed by offer letter to finally selected candidates. So, you all must expect that ABL will not announce result on NTS or its own website. Moreover, you will be hired as MG-11 and three months extensive training relating to Banking Industry, both practical and class-room will given at respective Management Development Centers (MDC) located in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Salary Package was 20k during training and after training it was 22500 with 10% semi-annual increase with 1 year probation period.

at least one to two months is required for calling to successful candidates by ABL means in the mid of November they will start calling

My dear Result is now in Head office of Allied Bank LAhore . Interview will be start till 10th of october and they want to give the job letter before Eid And After eid training will start.
