Apart from religious point of view, consider following points:

1. Stay at MBL if you want to excel in Islamic Banking. Islamic Banking is a growing field; still a lot room is available in this area. Islamic banking being the emerging field may highlight you and give you rapid recognition.

2. Join ABL if you want to grow in commercial banking. Commercial/traditional banking has proved her worth; you don't need to wait for its future. Commercial bank being established field may give you tough time for recognition.
