Please tell me that does it take 9 to 10 months for final selection of candidates in Askari bank? I believe that these jobs were announced in February 2012 , please correct me if I am wrong and please guide me.

exactly on 12 feb announcement were made test was taken on 10 june and interviews started in sep

Yesterday, I called HR department in RWP head office, they said that they will call the selected candidates on Mon OR Tuesday. And the joining date will be somewhere near mid of December (tentatively). The final salary package is still under discussion, which is Rs 35000 & hopefully they are going to revise it.

This means that they should start calling Karachi candidates today or max by tommorow. But no signs as yet.

Yeah, Askari is taking too long to select the candidates. There might be issue of acquistion - FFC purchased stake from AWT, I assume.
Take a chill pill. Now its time for Interviewee to pray for their succes

Alhamdulillh,got a call in the evening to be there at askari on monday for fullfilling joining formalities as MTO,it is indeed Allah's blessing and karam,but most probably i would not join.so best of luck to all others who are joining.
