I was in Rawalpindi BAHL branch in Chaklala Scheme 3 yesterday - I talked to a HR senior official (Forgot his name) who was on a visit from Karachi Head Office. He told me that the shortlisting of candidates is currently underway and will be finalized later this month. Test/Interview will be in the month of March.

Well, I was also there for a recruitment test. See I got this call a 3-4 days back, a guy from HR Rawalpindi asked me to come for a test, I asked the time, place and that whether NTS was taking the test - He said hey themselves were taking the test and that's that. I thought this was the MTO test.

I went there, got to my seat, saw the attendance sheet which had recent educational degree in front of everybody's name, all were MBA's and I was the only BBA (Honors) applicant in that lot. I gave the test which was surprisingly difficult, came out and asked the HR senior executive what this test was all about. He told me that this is a random selection test and MTO's will be called after the Karachi HQ scrutinizes applicant's CV's later this month. MTO test is due to be held in the month of March.

So upon your question that 'unke interview huay hain at RHQ abl' , no one knows when will they be called as, by the looks of things, matters are a bit confusing right now. Some are going for tests and some are going for interviews so don't be surprised. Haphazard recruitment and no cohesion between the policies of HR Karachi and HR Northern departments.
