Trainee Business Officer (TBO) is a pathetic job and OG-3 job. Either you complete the target or not you will always be insulted by the management of bank. If you give the bank more than its target you will not receive any reward and management demand more from you.

I personally suggest you never give up dear move a head leave the bond and go for you MTO Interview don't because Management Trainee Officer (MTO) is always highest hiring post via proper induction just prepare yourself for the Interview of MTO if Allah have given you a chance.

waqas dear can you please guide me as i am selected as senior officer 2 operations in meezan bank limited and filled the bond of 2 years. Now i also got a call of interview from bank al habib mto..I know that mto posts are far better than any other posts in banking sector i am confused that what to do now if i go for bank al habib than what about the bond?? How can i escape from it?? Any Suggestions??

yaar ye kia chal raha hai aap log keh rhy hain k interview ki call ai hai or main ne abi Bank Al habib HR division Call ki to unhon ne kaha k Result next week tk expected hai... it mean k hmen Call Nahi aane waali.

I have heard that there are 4 interviews conducted by Al Habib Bank for MTO's, two at City office then in Regional office then in Head Office
