Are they not hiring MTO's? I talked with someone and he said that these are just trainee officers like front desk officers.. :-/

to some extent it may be merit based refrences also used
as i am selected as Retail banking officer in UBL there is purely merit as i have no refrence
and other who have selcted just on merit
