Once i complain banking muhatasib against some noting bank's discrimination especially my case. Although, i knew that it was not exact appeaking court, yet my aim was to get a legal advice from them. I wrote them my concerns including improvement in selection criteria in 4 pages. And they answered me in just 4 lines stated; banking muhatasib's jurisdiction is not to solve job issue. Hence, your application is expell.

Well brother they were right coz it was not their domain.
But punjab mohtasib deals with some issues relating to the recruitment and the unnecessary delays by the departments.

Most of organization,in their ad, mention that the organization has theright to increase/decrease or cancel the advertise vacancies. Further more, if the hiring party say that it cancel the vacancies as we find no candidate to its requirement, then no one may raise objection. But if it is prived that they have select the candidate by-passing advetised recruitment process, then we get point.
