could anyone please elaborate what is the next step in RBO hiring criteria...
First i gave a Test in HBL tower Islamabad, Then i was called for screening interview taken by 3 people, after that i was called for final interview which was taken by a person which i think was regional Chief manager HR....

No documents were taken from me in the final interview and the questions asked in the final interview were same as those of screening interview (What do you do, why hbl etc)

Now i am a bit confused.... Will there be another interview?? or i just couldn't qualify in final interview?

Please comment on this situation because i am in a bit of dilemma right now :(....

My test for RBO was on 9 April 2015 and screening interview on 23 April 2015
Is there any 1 from Islamabad region received final interview call for the post of RBO

HBL hiring process for RBO position is bit suspicious to me which i feel.
They call most of the candidates for test, screening interview, final interview infact they collect candidates complete documents and at this stage candidate feels like he/she going to be selected for sure but its not the case.
out of 100,only 6 or 7 candidates would finally be opted in the same batch.
If anyone after final process dont get any call from bank for a while then its cleared you are not selected.
But the question is then why are you collecting candidates complete documents if you are not going to opt them???.:thinking:thinking:thinking

because they verified the documents and make some percentage regarding there rules till that wait patient and be calm

I was interviewed on monday in Lahore hq,today i received call for the second interview tomorrow,any guidance?and what you people think of this quick response from hbl?

are you appeared in final interviw? if yes , when was you test and screening interview? My test was on 10th april and screening interview on 27th april but still waiting for further response. ,,also please share your region?
