Got selected as a loan officer today Alhamdolillah after 2 interviews and Test, second interview aaj hua and aaj se he joining de di, 3 months training period hai
20,000 salary plus commission,

new clients laane ka itna issue nahi hota jo area apko assign hota hai us area k sare existing clients apkay under aa jate hain and new accounts generate hote rehte hain waise in training senior loan officer k sath 3 month guzare hain uskay bad he koi area assign hota hai,

maine issue is of recovery, woh karni parti hai jo bank na aye after due date, baki har koi bank mai keh raha tha k fun job hai enjoy karoge so lets see kia hota hai :p

test was conducted online on site : classmaker.com jismai 50% secure karna lazmi tha

one of khushhali bank BM take my CV and said we consider u as a trainee so u will take 5 million at least deposit than NTS take ur test and interview then u will select.... is it true??? or KHUSHHALI bank mao job k bad commercial bank mai job mil jaye ge?
