My friend was not shortlisted that's why he contacted MCB head office. They told these reasons which I have put over here. I have not written these reasons from my side. These are reasons mentioned by MCB head office on talk with my close friend.

hey guys i have done BS(cs)....I got that letter !!! but speaking frankly i don't even know what are the responsibilities of TBO can any one tell me plz ???

It's general banking job regarding operations, credits, trade etc..

means a TBO wont have to run door to door for bringing bank accounts ????

According to my knowledge its not that type of job, totally office job 9 to unknown time :D coz its banking..ussay chutti na mili jis ne banking as a profession chooz kia :)

i have also done Bs(CS).. They Can Adjust CS/It in It Departments ... or in e banking side .. there is a scope of cs/it in bank too !!

If you have potential and PR then it would be added an advantage in your performance..but its not essential for every TBO to do so..

i don't think there is quite a well scope for it professionals in banking coz there is no proper job structure defined for them the highest achievment they may have is to be network/system administrator !!! and thats all:cow:cow

does mcb posts girls out of their city if they are selected after tbo interview???

they prefer fresh graduates who recently completed their degrees but low CGPA can't b a reason for rejection..and i also don't agree wid third point..

They prefer fresh graduate or any person having 1 to 3 year xperience. CGPA matter when you don't have more than 60 marks in test... .

MCB or IBP don't upload the list of Shortlisted Candidtes. you & other rcv letter for written test from IBP if u r shortlisted.

When MCB conducting test for TBO??? I were applied but still did,nt get call letter... Now what should i do!!!
