Finally its Done!

Didn't ask me any technical questions
Just my Experience and family background.

Interviewer: U will be required to sign a 3 years bond
Me: Why 3 years, Make it 20, Cuze I don't intend to leave this organization
Interviewer 2: hahahahhahaha
Interviewer 3 to Interview 2: Write it down and make it 30.

but I did see some one named Saleem usman (I think) who was also interviewed today at karachi was Recommended...

Yar don't care about GK/Academics. Just increase ur knowledge about MCB. Visit their website for updated information. Remember names of Chairman Sennet, Senior fedral minister, foreign minister etc.

Well my interview was yesterday. My very first interview!
I am sorry I couldn't share it earlier because it was a long journey back home, we reached late and I was dead tired.

1. Meaning of my name
2. Family background
3. Father's occupation
4. What my subject had to do with banking?
5. Why I didn't go to my own field?
6. what does bank do?
7. How would you manage a task?
8. Do you take stress?
9. What are your weaknesses?
10.I was told that I could be posted anywhere and was i ready for it?
11.You might have to work in late hours as there is no exact time to leave the office, would you be able to do that?
12.Finally they asked me about the bond that was i ready to sign it?

My interview took 20 minutes.

If you will be selected then you have to serve the MCB for at least 3 years...

You have to sign an Affidavit, on which it's written that you'll not leave the bank before three years. and If you leave or resign then u have to pay 3 lakh to Bank...

Hope it will help you to get idea about bond...
