my interview was about 15 to 20 mints at pindi staff college....
every time when i give them an answer the interviewer want to confuse me..
he ask very tough questions.....
some questions r such of kind that i have not hear them before....
y he take my interview so hard....

Agriculture Graduates will not be selected as TBO because at RWP center they even refuse to get interview from them.. (Some of my fellows told me)

MCB should review their eligibility criteria... If MBA waloon ko hi rakhna tha tu baki logon ko interview per kiun bulaya... also this should be mentioned in the Add of MCB that only candidate with MBA or BBA should apply...

That's totally unfair...

In which subject have you done graduation?

I am not very optimistic about getting selected but I cant let go of the hope.
I don't think that it will be the case, otherwise they would not have called other graduates for interview. Also I remember that some Agriculture graduate was telling about his/her interview on this thread.
Lets see whats happens.

I did my B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture from PMAS- Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi...

Dear My Interview was at Multan it was conducted normally but 3 of my friends had interview on 28th July at Rwp. When they move in they were first told why u people r here. Kindly return back as your field has no link to this job.. one of my fellow argued then they continue his interview...

ok it was kind of mcb towards agricultural side candidates for conducting their interwies,,,,,,,, other wise they (bsc agriculture) candidates should think thamself that r they fit for banks job?
sory if any one is getting heart,,,,,,,, but one should play in its related field,,,,,,wish u all the best,,,,may Allay give success to all job searching .

MCB did announce separate jobs for agri graduates after the announcement of TBO programme...here is the link

did anyone ask when will they announce the Interview Result...Cuze I don't think training will start in Ramadhan..
And Guyz I request those who get selected Inshallah. Plz do post it so that others may know that there is no hope in MCB anymore....

Very tough interview.....last night...at Moon market...
koi criteria nai hai interviews ka....jo b dil mein aye pooch leta hain...anyways hope for the best...!
