panel ne confuse kr lia..
maine bol dia k kisi executive seat per ..
unhon ne bola operations ya sales main..maine bola operations main..
wo bole ..k executive seats sales man aati hain zeda.to aap operations mainkyon jana chahtee hain..
is ka koi proper answer sochna pare ga is dafa..

ans. Islamic University Islamabad. ap ki university kya btati hai banking halal hai ya haram?... i said sir halal toh nahi hai...abhi toh islamic banking bhi purely halal nahi because usay kernay waley conventional banking walay hain...............deep silence from 3 interviewers' side.....
mughera apne shave kiun nai ki aaj? i told k sir raat islamabad se travel kr k lahore pohancha hun aaj subha....they said....ok....islamabad aap kya kr rahey hain? i said MBA Last semmester...she said mughera november main hum ne training start krni hai. agar hum apko hire kr lain abhi toh aap kesey manage kerain gay? i said "aap islamabad main meri posting kr dain i will manage.

she said " yeh toh aap keh rahey hain na...mcb main aaney ka toh time hota hai jaaney ka koi time nahi hota.. ap next time try kerain...sorry mughera plz dont mind. and i said Allah Hafiz to them

my interview is on 25th, the very first day of interviews session :unsure:
P.S. haven't received the letter yet :sad

ALLAH ka shukar hy mra test b clear hogya hy... my interview is on 25 july in lhr. but i did not recieve letter yet...

Introduce your self, why u want to join MCB or why u choose banking industry, What u know about MCB & may ask about whole banking sector. 2 or 3 question from your specialization in Master, Don't lose your confidence even if you don't know the answer.

Not all of us are graduates of business or economics. There are those who have done masters in English literature, Islamiyat, Computer Science, statistics, etc.
Everybody tells me that they would only ask question about general knowledge as we are not the graduates of business. So the question is that should I prepare my own subject, the subject in which i have done masters?
Do share your opinion about it?

Financial Ratios( Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover Ratio and all other related ratios).

Kinds of Financial Statement and concept of Cash Flow statement.

State Bank of Pakistan's Prudential Regulations.(M1 to M5)

Evolution of Banking ( Pakistan Perspective).


The most important is your physical appearance:

Wear Plain Light Color Shirt,Dark Paints, and very simple Knot( While dressing your approach must be very conservative and simple).

Very Calm and positive approach towards questions.

You are expressive, very calm, problem solver, and can lead from the front.

Most of the question would asses your personality traits, and these question would be important of above all questions and will determine your suitability to the
profession.
