TBOs last year whts the expectation this year?

Same 25000.
It's Pakistan, salaries aren't revised that often! though 25k for a start isn't bad at all!
That's Rs.625/hr keeping a 5 day work week and 8 hrs a day!

True.
and job is not bad one if timings are from 9 to 5. but every one knows you have time to come to bank but no time to get back. more over a sevice bond of 300k is the biggest hurdle.
and they have not mentioned how will they raise salaries every year nothing. so for me its like joining a Jail :p

guys worst thing is that you will be asked to achieve different targets....account opening, insurance, atm cards even that you are not hired as BDO(business development oficer). i m scared of this
