Muhammad Mukhtar is not speicifically from Rawalpindi/Islamaabd city ... i guess he is from some adjoining areas..thats why he reicieved

but this is not necessary that consignment will be handed over to sadar branch, they may have to it at any other tcs station.

Dear, any package that is coming from any city of Pakistan to rawalpindi first come to TCS rawalpindi sadar branch (MAIN OFFICE) then it is directly delivered to respective adresses or sometime the rider drops to the area branch then that branch delivers in that area...and for Islamabad it is first delivered at BLUE AREA , then the same as above process.
