Job Description:

MCB Bank has had a history of providing innovative banking solutions to customers through its operations. Keeping in view this business objective it is essential to attract and retain a pool of quality manpower. The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to inject fresh graduates and ease their transition from university into the business environment and also expose them to business practices that will help set the foundation for success throughout their careers. TBO program is aimed to provide development opportunities to the potential fresh graduates and inculcate a culture of open communication and meritocracy.

The primary responsibility is to manage core business/branch functions in line with the vision of of the bank regarding the provision of top of the line banking services to its valued clients . After comprehensive training they will be strategically placed across the bank in all areas of the banking ranging from branch banking to support offices where their skills will be utilized efficiently.


Required Skills:
1. Minimum Four years bachelors degree from HEC recognized institutes (OR higher qualification e.g. Masters, MBA after their 4 years graduation) will be eligible to apply (Fresh graduates will be given preference) in the following disciplines
Commerce
Business Administration (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
Finance & Accounting
Economics
Statistics
Information Technology
Human Resource
2. Age should not exceed 25 years as of 31st December, 2011
3. Maximum one 2nd Division throughout the academic career

Note Candidates who are awaiting their final academic result will not be entertained

Important Note

Only short listed candidates will be intimated through call letters for the written test. The onus lies with the candidates to check whether they have been short listed for the test in case non-receipt of invitation letter.

i applied in last batch. If my memory is not betraying me i applied on 5th april, test held on 26th june, result declared 19th july, my interview commenced on 26 july and final selection letters were dispatched a week before or after eid (dont remember exact date)..training started from 26th september... good luck every one

Last time nts ny test lya tha wo to bht easy tha me ny to just thri si current affairs ki preparation ki the dawn sy but this time we don't know k paper nts ny lena ha ya ibp ny so i recommend u the carvan apttitude test guide coz 2010 me mcb ka test ibp ny lya tha n wo completely isi book sy tha each n every mcqs was present in this book. So go for it .

Yes, of course a candidate having 2 years B.Com and 2 years MBA degree can apply for the said job. They clearly mentioned in the advertisement that either a four year Bachelor degree holder means B.Com (Hons) etc or 2 years MBA can apply, so that is it.

its simple meaning is that 16 year education( 4 Years bachelors OR 2 year Masters) are eligible.

i am not able to apply it says that attach your degree in.jpg,png format etc. my degree is in .jpg format but is still giving error.i have retry many times but it is still giving error.:sad

Same problem... Application page gets hanged when it uploads degree..!!

dude convert this .jpg file in .gif format then attach

convert to JPEG/JPG format

Degree in JPEG format and CV in .docx format............

Still having the same problem even i try in gif and png format but same reply appears.

A possible solution to your problem might be if you empty Temporary folder. Or change your computer and then again try to submit application. Your CV must be in .doc format and last scanned degree in .jpeg. :closedeye

open your scan image in paint n re size it then save that in required format. your image size reduced in some Kb size from MB. may be it works for you because last time i faced same problem

my friend in mcb told me that it will take 15 to 20 days for shortlisting process.....
so, test may be held in the 1st week of feb.
