refrence letter mein hoga k mein isko personaly janta hn or ye k is per ksi kisam ki koi liabilty waghara nahi hy etc

when reference form is in joining kit so is it essential to attach refernce leter separately? i mean reference form is also a reference letter in which each andd everything is mention miss ain and other members plz guide abt that
