I accept that 2 years is not a long period but pay package is also less as compared to other banks.MCB is offering 25K similarly HBL is also giving 25k To RBO's . And Apology from selected cnadiadates MBL is not organization where you can grow fast as compared to other banks.More over they are placing you in Branches which simply puts full stop on further education since branch ending time is around 7 to 10.
So one need to check out what is he going to left by accepting this post. so i felt that my opportunity cost is more than to join MBL.
(Apology to those who are selected but these are realities that i have seen)

i agree that pay pay package of mbl is low as compared to other banks..... the most attractive thing of mbl is that it is only bank which will promote you o.g.2 after 6 months of joining..and also other facilities ..:)):)):))

today was my first day at mbl defence branch they have directly sent me to branch after that class room training will be given
