can any one know about the grading system of HBFCL

received offer letter today... but confused whether to join or not...... i am already working as OGII in Askari bank.................

What is the Nature of the JOB ASSIGNMENT?
Is HBFc a Govt Institution ?

Ali bhai MCB walen Og2 ki kitni salary offer kar rhe hai. Contractual basis per hbfc mein na ta da hai na he medical hai. Or contract bhi do saal ka hai. Jab tak ap hbfc mein permanent nai hota tab tak ap hbfc ke benefits enjoy nai kar sakta. And qho knows how long will it take to get permanent employment letter. Contractual job se bank ki permanent job ziada behtar hai. Agay ap ki marzi.
