I have only heard of SBP rejecting overqualified candidates and in that case its clearly mentioned in advertisement. Since no such thing is mentioned in NBP advertisement, they have no grounds to reject overqualified people.

Yeah state bank clearly mention but NBP did not mention..but no one can stop them for rejecting...because selection process is not open .i mean no lists displayed etc..

Alot of people said nbp will not hire un experienced individuals even if you clear cash officer test but i have spoken to 3 bank manager s and they said just go and do your best things will turn out just fine 😁

nai dear last time main na cash officer ka test clear kiya tha lakin Mara appointment nai hua qk Mara pass experience nai tha or kisi non experience candidate ka appointment nai hau...Jis ka pass experience tha sirf uni ka hua a..

I have 3 year cash handling experience but not banking experience that why i said that if anyone have non banking cash related experience you have a chance
You got to have cash experience either banking or non banking
