Default Merit List.
I am not sure but as far as my analysis of different results goes, the merit list is most probably arranged according to the number of total marks obtained in the written test.

The list by ibp is merit wise it's confirmed know.
The person who has got 70 marks his name is on 2nd page and a person who has got 61 marks and 60 marks there names are on page 7 and 8. So there's close competition. Interview can change the whole scenerio. Even a person who has 60 marks can be selected if he can make his mark in the interview.. SO everyone is in the race now.

Ah. So I have the 2nd highest marks among failed ones. Probably scored 13-14 in economics part.
