IBP gives copy paste test. Well for competition I suggest you for Math portion GMAT or GRE books and for English revise grammar such that punctuation vocabulary and visit some good English websites and caravan Aptitude covers English along with GK. Finally for Pak economy Questions go for IBP weekly publication Letter.
Good luck to all aspirants, Unfortunately ineligible for sbots batch because of age limit is decreased by two years. Optimistic for another opportunity

Are you sure? as they have said candidates with 16 years education Masters or Bachelors in the field of "Information Systems and Technology" can apply. so doesn't "Information Systems and Technology" fall in Software Engineering?

Software engineering fall under engineering not under IT.
Its better if you confirm this from SBP/IBP, may be they allow you but chances are very rare.

There is one thing to be noted that even though IBP made such blunders in YPIP this time and given that fact be neglected SBP taken this task once again to IBP for SBOTS.

Another thing is that the Sample Paper which has been given for SBOTS has 80% same material of that from YPIP Sample paper.

* In YPIP sample paper, the PAKISTAN ECONOMY Portion was given BUT in the Test of YPIP, that Portion was side off by Banking Portion and just 3-4 Questions were from Pak.Economy and other were from Core Banking Procedures that were not the part of the Sample Paper*

Thus i suggest my fellows here to be prepare for the Pak.Economy as well as the Banking / Core Banking Knowledge, because the situation is indicating that SBOTS-16 Test might be full of Blunders such as of YPIP...

Dilemma of eligibility criteria!

In the eligibility section of advertisement, it is specifically mentioned as 'Information systems and IT'. It is however unclear as to what it implies owing it that there is no degree program by HEC titled as mentioned.

I have my degree titled as BE computer systems (also called information systems). I am still oblivious weather I stand eligible or not. Although, I have my bachelors in engineering, yet it falls in IT category. If any senior could provide resolve for the dilemma!!!
