as per my knowledge and experience MTO in all banks has good career growth, salary and benefits, Allied bank, Bank Al habib are good for employees, but if you are hired as Teller then you have no growth, try to choose operations side of banking not cash, growth is in operation field.

Only Allied is a top bank in all over the country. Allied packages and allowances are much better than any bank

Currently State Bank of Pakistan and SBP Banking Services Corporation are paying highest starting salaries in Pakistan in banking industry i.e. Rs. 49,000/- to Bachelors (14 Years) degree holders and Rs. 82,000 to Bachelors/Masters (16 Years) degree holders. The process of hiring is quite fair too. Further, these positions are also equivalent to BPS-16 and BPS -17 although the name of the candidate is not published in official gazette of Pakistan.
