Mehrank is right,
Cut off criteria changes every year depending upon the difficulty of test nd required no of candidates to be accommodated for the batch.
Last year's test was halwa so cut off was set at 65%, this time may be around 60%, nd 70 overall.

No. Last time 70% was cut off for subjects and 75% as an aggregate.

Ibp usually takes 1 month to announce the result

Ypip batch 5 cut off marks (50% in each portion and 60% In aggregate) i scored 60 marks but failed by one mark in math portion

Ypip batch 6 cut off marks (70% in each portion and 75% in aggregate) scored 79 marks but failed by one mark in english

SBP SBOTS batch 21 critieria (60% in each portion and 75 in aggregate) Again bad luck as i passed in all portion but in aggregate was short by 2 marks (73 marks)

So there is no set criteria by IBP. it totally depends upon how the candidates perform.

I took SBP Assistant Executive Engineer Test of SBP around two months ago, no reply yet. Can simebody please guide me where SBP usually announces reults?

My results:

2014 attempt (conducted by NTS) on 2nd November
Verbal =26/40
Quantitative= 27/30
Gk= 22/30
Total= 75/100
Passing criteria= 60% sectional, 65% overall

2016 attempt result announced on 23 Feb
English=33/40
Analytical=16/30
GK=18/30
Total =67/100
Passing criteria= 50% sectional, 60% overall


2017 attempt
English=31/40
Analytical=30/30
GK=24/30
Total=85/100
Passing criteria= 70% sectional, 75% overall

I think the strongest reason im not selected in any of these attempts may be that im an Engineer and belong to Sindh (U) which may have higher competition on limited seats.
