at sbp transfer is possible to native cities....for those candidates who dont want to setlle in khi permanently..?

Permanent transfer is not possible. Because SBP Karachi is a separate entity form SBP-BSCs (Field offices) which are subsidiaries of SBP Karachi. However, as per policy, SBP officers may be sent on deputation for a maximum period of 6 years to SBP-BSC situated in 16 cities of Pakistan.

usman bhai currently u are serving as a DC?? i mean the purpose behind this question is just to get inspiration that whether a person can prepare and appear for CSS while serving in SBP?

Brother, currently I am working as Assistant Director at SBP. I am going to leave this prestigious organization in few days to join Civil Services of Pakistan.

Yes brother, one can spare ample time for studies. It also depends upon in which department one is posted... anyhow, you will find good time to prepare for CSS even with doing job at SBP.
