1. Synonyms, within the Wright brothers passage, were asked:
• Doom
• Incessant
• Cited

2. If you are 11th in the queue from both ends, how many people are there in the line?

3. Letter that precedes the 13th letter after D.

4. If d is a positive integer then what does (d-1)(d+1) equal to? I don’t remember the exact wording of the question.

5. How many two-digit numbers have a remainder of 2 if divided by 7?

6. If abcd= 3 and abce = 0, then what is e equal to?

7. A mathematical equation was written in English and the question asked how to write it in math.

8. 3rd letter before the last vowel?

9. What percent of 16 is 40?

10. Recent reforms in Pakistan

11. Pakistan is the --------- largest remittances recipient.

12. Pakistan’s most imports were from which countries? The year was 2011-12 I guess.

13. Rupee was delinked from dollar in which year?

14. Liquidity trap

15. What does it mean when the revenue deficit is not decreasing? Something like that was asked.

16. First thing the operations manager would look at before launching an operation. Again I don't remember how it was phrased.

Some of the sentence relationship questions were taken from here:

The English and Math portions were easy. The GK was lengthy and tough. I am glad I didn't study hard for the test because even if I had, I still would've overlooked the 'general knowledge' that was on the test.

The only purpose of this test was to just eliminate the maximum candidates from the game.

I am Fad uP with the so Called National Testing Organization.

Just Go to Hell!:
I agree with you... I think NTS and SBP have made an agreement to distribute a handsome amount they get from each candidate. Nothing else. and the problem is that the hiring is surely not on merit. Anyways this is what i think

English:
First Paragraph was on Light Pollution (A trip to the mohave desert), which is a repeat from one of the previous examinations as I remember reading that Paragraph elsewhere.

Para II: Wright Brothers(Their experiments and design)

3rd Part: Make logical changes in the sentences/statements

4th Part: Connection between the First and Second Statements

Math:
Q: The sum of the mother's age and the son's age is 63. 4 years ago, mother's age was 4 times that of the son. Find the present age of the mother. (This question apparently had two correct answers)

Q: a:3 b:5, b:1/3:c:1/5. What is a:b:c?

Q: Underroot 625 * (5+5)^2

Q: Jumbled word and finding the "nth" alphabet

Q: Find the next in the sequence questions (I guess there were 3 of such type)

Q: x^2=4, what is the value of x^2? (Silly question)

Q: If the Length and breadth of a rectangle are increased by 40% and 20% respectively, by how much is its area increased?

Q: 40*.4*4 / 8.08?

General knowledge and IQ:

I found this to be the most difficult part since some of the question required exact figurative answers. An emphasis was on foreign exchange, economics and Pakistan's Geographical and population statistics.

I will add more as I recall them. Meanwhile, those who gave the test are more than welcome to contribute to the above.
x^2=4, what is the value of x^2? (Silly question)
At first i also thought it is really a silly one but it was x^1/2=4.

Nice piece of information shared especially the web pages.
for the test, I would rather say for that they (SBP) should clearly tell that jobs are not for you, why they conduct such abnormal type of tests?

Default All Rubbish

The GK portion was totally rubbish. The money minting institution (NTS) and the godfather of banking sector (SBP) had completely colluded. Not a single underdog having no banking background could attempt the GK portion. I can simply say that the poor stratum of the society (students) have completely been fleeced. SHAMEFUL....
