i have more than 60% marks in masters but my final transcript has not been issued yet. i can not provide it on last date of form submission. i will get it till test. can i apply? will they shortlist me

No need to attach documents only application form and deposit slip are required for test...

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 16 years of education with 60% marks or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or 4.00 out 5.00 so its mean 60% marks required only from last degree...

My friend is MA in English literature and I am in Political Science. Our percentage in Masters are more than 85% Are we eligible?
