Need a suggestion regarding Job In UBL and Public Sector University

Dear friends with the grade of Almighty ALLAH I have been hired for Retail Banking Officer in UBL after subsequent Interview but this is intially a third party contract with UBL for one year, Salary for the tenure would be Rs.20000, keeping in view my performance I would then be hired as Permanant employee,

In addition I am also appointed as Permanant Faculty Member in Shaheeb Benazir Bhutto Nawabshah in regular BPS-18

Where should I go for? SBBU Nawabshah or UBL? your suggestions (seniors)would be appreciated.

you must join Permanant Faculty Member in Shaheeb Benazir Bhutto Nawabshah in regular BPS-18. it is best for you in every aspect. when you will be doing teaching you will be your own boss and you can easily gove time to your family and other activities as well as your intellectual skills be flourished, promotions etc. otherwise in bank sales , marketing etc... laborious, hectic job, 5- 9 time,,, monotony.. It is my humble request to be a part of Education Field. also remember me in your prayers.!!!!

join university without thinking ... you will find in future that it was best choice.

yes BAnks are always wise......they can kick u at any time....it is easy because u r not bank employee when u r on 3rd party contract...Bankers job is full of tension therefore 90% banker are Bald...if u got a chance of MTO then u should go for it otherwise leave it......I have been a Banker.....They just exploit the employees.....

jameel shb whats your package (inclusive of all allowances) in SBBU nawabshah as Lecturer?

Go for University job man, stay away from 'interest' based institutions for good...

university job is much better than banks. Besides interest factor, u will feel inner satisfaction and continuous self development in university. I by myself served in university. But you would have to become sincere
