Is there a career start in ZTBL with OG-II level for fresh graduates??

actually there is too much time span ZTBL didnt recruit young blood.almost 15 to 20 years.But now its time to recruit young blood in ZTBl.its all about efforts and initiatives of our worthy president Mr.Zaka Ashraf.
Career start with officer rank in ZTBL is very good and luckily to have.I would say.
you should not bothered to make career with such type of public institution.
And this young blood will cover the recruitment gap in every level of management in future.Insha Allah

still there is no opportunity......if bank announce OGII in future then it will demand post graduation plus experience .

Dear Ammas can u tell me after how much time one will promote from OG-III to OG-II and wat kind of facilities will be available to the employees like car loan, house loan, medical etc?

And secondly tell me about number of vacancies of OG-III.

whenever bank will recruit new batch of OGIII you will be automatically promoted to OGII.
And after 5 years of service you can get all types of loan from ZTBL.

trust in God.If you are competitive then no one can stop you to achieve your destination.
Number of vacancies are not specified.But i am sure this recruitment will be in hundreds......

Well first of all its really gr8 to see someone frm ZTBL coz i myself worked in ZTBL as a Relationship Officer for 9 months,,,it is a very good bank regarding policies and procedures and yeh they will be inducting young blood so lets see what it has in store for us......

@Ammasiub ....bro i used to work on data feeding and DMS...i knw abt Revolving and SAM loans etc,,:blush:

so lets put those 9018 or 9303 in there and get our 3056...u knw wht i mean....:))

ZTBL v/s FMFB? and kindly share with us salary of og-iii in ZTBL?

depending upon my observation nd knowledge...ZTBL is better then any Microfinance bank.. its a large public sector organization and cant b comapred with microfinace banks infact microfinance is a minior product of ZTBL in its HUGE portfolio.

Starting Salary for OG-III would be 16 or 17 Thousand
