dear yehe to technique hai unki, k merit low krne ka bahana mil jata ha tough questioning se.... Ztbl ne kisi se just personal questions poche aur field related b easy poche, but kisi kisi se bht tough, ... Allah behtar krega don't worry

Sifarish chahe 1% b ho, the whole process will not be considered on merit, . Agr aik banda b sifarish pe ho ap ye nhe keh skte k fair selection hai merit pe huay han sb. Zahir hai us aik bnday se b kisi aik ka haq to maara gya na.

Chahe merit pr ho ya sifarish pr selection process early khatam hona chahe ab her boy or grl ne 3 or 4 instition mei aply kia howa hy

ZTBL is a bank not a department under ministry of government therefore even if they give some people favour in this hiring they are gonna make sure that they hire enough people on merit in order to run the systems and business of the bank.

yaar, public sector ma sbp aur atomic k illawa koi b aisa institutution aur department nhe jahan sifarish na chalti ho,is liya jo reality hai usai accept kero and hope for the best :p
