Hi friends I want to ask is that between two choices one is BPS-17 officer job in WAPDA and other is CSS officer which is better and why? Please answer specially with respect to financial benefits and growth (promotion).

CSS is always Best from remaining department officers.CSS officers have much chances for promotion.They have powers as compared to other departments officers.They have unlimited benefits regarding salary,facilities.CSS departments always to be a pure government.

Civil Service in Pakistan is the leading jobs which not only has charisma but also has authority. One residing in Wapda having BPS-17 job is not popular and known well in the relatives but the person in civil services is welcomed and given high priority. Secondly, financial benefits are good of civil servants as they are given more privelages such as House, Driver etc. However, the promotion is quite faster in civil services as compare to Wapda or other Gazetted Officer jobs.

I resigned from two 17 posts...!!! both they were for two years contract..!! These days preparing for exam
