It would seem that MBA covers most of the fields required to fulfill positions in said groups.

Other, more specialized degrees, do not cover entire areas of the listed departments. It may be seen as unfair, but at least in terms of the thought process behind it, it makes sense.

aaa i think all engineers will be eligible for the cluster for I.T., it will not only for CS,SE but for electronics, civil engineers, electrical engineers too

What about FSP ? I hope it is not limited to aspirants with international relations major. BTW no other newpaper has given such news. And if you look back, cluster based examination was recommended exactly a year ago on July 30, 2015. Maybe Dunya news made a blunder :p

This is because MBAs cover both the general management area as well as specialized area i.e. finance, economics. You can check that from any university's BBA or MBA study roadmap.
