Doctors and Engineers, now?
It will be heart wrenching if doctors would not go for FSP or PAS. Could any one tell the fate of doctors please?
regards :ninja: |
The title of your thread made me feel like you were going to tell us about a new development regarding CSS exams. If you guys want to post question then at least put question mark at the end of your title so that others could know that it is a either a question or an information.

Subject selection
Kindly guide me ,as to whether , sociology is scoring or journalism ? And I wanted to ask about current affairs as well , from where should I study it , I just have 4 months . Plus making an outline and writing headings would that be conducive or I shouldn't ?

Although I personally scored a lot higher in Journalism than in Socialism, I would recommend you to go through the relevant sub-forum for more opinions. http://www.cssforum.com.pk/beginners-guide/subject-analysis/ |

I'm also against cluster based reforms in CSS
This is totally unfair. Knowledge is not determined by the education or degree.. And CSS was the best way to prove it. We've seen many students fail in CSS in the subjects they had mastered in. So it was totally dependent upon aptitude and merit based preparation of the students. And then, after training like CTP and STP , there left no room for disqualification of the officers for the suitable jobs. But as from 2020, the cluster based reforms are going to be introduced, they will produce no more than nuts in civil services. It clearly means that civil services will be based on distinct degrees rather than equality for all students. As a result students will lack interest in civil services too and move abroad, get settled there and serve other countries because there's injustice in our own country for us. We students are totally against cluster based reforms and government should think before applying these reforms in civil services
Students please start a campaign and spread this message on social media so that government does justice. Remember, serving Pakistan is the right of all the Pakistanis despite their "degrees" |
