I think each group will have different educational requirement, so a candidate can only opt a group if he fulfills that requirement. But there has been no official announcement regarding the rules of cluster based competitive exams.

2016 is the last chance to avail it better, from 2017 there is much more drama, pre screening test the bla bla bla, may he educational qualification is increased upto M.A

Would they implement cluster based examination for 2016 or 2017?
