I can see on the FPSC website that there is an online application form.

But where to get the hard copy which we have to submit?

You will get the printable version of the online form once you complete and submit, which is then sent to FPSC after signing and attaching the required documents.

You have to apply online first. After successful online submission you'll have printable auto-generated application form.
