Yeh kb final ho ga k eligblty 16 yrz eductn hni chaheay....cuz is tarah to jo bachelorz hain 14 yrz eductn walay un ka time aur money dono waste ho jaey ga....

The current status is the requirement of 14 years of education. Its highly unlikely that it will change considering that its Pakistan, and the syllabus just changed last year. You should start preparation of CSS with current status in mind, but just focus on compulsory in case the unlikely does happen.
