ONLINE ADMISSION CERTIFICATE - Is this normal?
 

Point number 5 in my online admission certificate states

is this general clause or specific to my case?

Don't worry... Almost all exams' slips contain that clause..:))

I also have this clause in my certificate. Do I have to bring my credentials on exam day?

No, they are not needed. Documents are scrutinized after one clears the written exam.
