OVERVIEW
The Public Service Commission was set up for the first time in British India in
1926. After independence, the Commission was established in Pakistan in 1947
under the provision of Government of India Act, 1935. At present, the
commission is functioning under article 242 of the constitution of Islamic Republic
of Pakistan. It has been provided autonomy under the Rules of Business, 1973
and FPSC Regulations, 1978 in its working. The Commission has also been
given administrative as well as, to some extent, financial autonomy to perform its
functions independently.
The Commission consists of a Chairman and Members. The Chairman is
appointed by the President of Islamic republic of Pakistan, in his discretion,
under Article 242 (IA) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
The members are appointed by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister
of Pakistan. The Commission is assisted by the Secretary who provides a link
among the Commission, its Secretariat and the Government Agencies.
The term of the office of members is as follow:
1) A Member of the Commission shall hold office for a fixed term from the date
on which he enters upon office and shall not be eligible for re-appointment.
2) A Member may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the
President.
PROTECTION OF SERVICE OF THE COMMISSION
The Commission may work without the interference of the Government or any
other pressure, as Member of the Commission cannot be removed from his
office without the advice of the Supreme Judicial Council of Pakistan, which
consists of ;
i) Chief Justice Of Pakistan
ii) Two next most senior Judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan
iii) Two senior most Chief Justice of High court, (Section 6 of FPSC Ordinance,
1977 & article 209 of the Constitution).
In view of above protection a Member of the Commission can, therefore, work
without any pressure.
COMPOSITION OF THE COMMISSION

appointed by the President of Islamic republic of Pakistan, in his discretion,
under Article 242 (IA) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
The members are appointed by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister

Kindly watch videos on YouTube, build you understanding, research and collect data on different topics, and practice as much as you can. If you are not attending any coaching centre, do consult any senior/CSP for basic guidance. For Current Affairs, read newspaper, reputable monthly journal. You can always seek personal guidance eon the forum from CSP. There are plenty of them.

There is not any problem if you will use standard vocabulary and follow proper sentence structure.
How to enhance vocabulary Is literally an important question, every aspirant in beginning is worried about. You can enhance it by reading newspaper and some other books on regular basis. You just need to find the meaning of word you are not familiar with, then move back to the sentence where that word was used in a sentence. Read that sentence twice with emphasizing the meaning in your mind. After finishing the newspaper, write a summary of what you have read in newspaper. Try to use all the difficult words you have learn in your summary. Revise the words after 24 hours and then after a week. I hope that this will help you in sorting out your problem.

Yes you can opt Islamiat in urdu. It will not create any difference.
Now i want to adress your first question, This is totally a myth to use extra ordinary vocabulary in your essay paper. To be very honest with you, the thing which count most is your grammar, sentence expressions, sentence structure and knowledge. So practice grammar along with reading Dawn as it will help you alot in your writing.

For idioms, In the beginning start with past papers. Do a paper on daily basis and you will be all done with them in about a month. Now the most important thing in this regard is that Phrasal verbs took place of idioms in new official syllabus. So past paper idioms plus phrasal verb used in Dawn newspaper will work for you in initial stage. Furthermore, You can take help from internet and books available in the market in the later stage.

Now about Essay writing. This is not something happened to you only. In fact Majority of the aspirant faced same problem in their start.
Before getting into any deep discussion, I want to ask you that do you have any knowledge about Making Outlines, as they are the backbone of Essay writing.

Start your day with reading dawn and give it about two hours, than move to grammar and practice each topic a day.
I will suggest you to start with Pak Affairs. Distribute the syllabus in 15 parts and prepare each a day.
I think this will be enough for you in start. If you will face any ambiguity, you are more than welcome to contact again.

So that means I should not do current affairs right now?. And sorry sir I couldn't understand about Pak affairs. Would you please elaborate.. And sir it take more than 2 hours for me to read newspaper because I search each and every word and than I read the line again.. So should I read just political corner? Leaving other pages? And sir I have gone through forum thread about current affairs, every one has said to solve past papers first, sir my question is that I have no information about any kind of question of past papers , so should I solve it from internet?

My dear brother, You will automatically cover current affairs by reading Dawn. As far as reading newspaper is concerned, in beginning only read the front page, editorials and important international news.
Pakistan affairs means compulsory subject Pakistan affairs. Prepare it first because it is easy and you already know something about that. This preparation will provide you with some boost and confidence.
Lastly, who told you to solve past papers in start? I didnot hear anything like that before. I guess you interpret the text wrong. How can you solve them without preparing yourselves, your notes or your study material ?
So, just study and prepare your notes. I will told you about past papers when required. Do you have Pak Affairs book ?

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. What is HSM ? Will you please kindly elaborate ? Anyways, it is good that you have books. So, what you are supposed to do is prepare notes on (bullet points) Evolution of Muslims in Sub-continent, Shah Waliullah, Sheikh Ahmed Sirhandi and Syed Ahmed Shaheed by tomorrow. First of all read the topic and understand it completely. Highlight the important points given, like year, names, events, or any other important information. Than write down these highlighted points under seperate headings in your own notes. The reason behind is to create ease for one self during revision.
If there is still any problem, Email me, so than i can share my notes with you for the idea.
