Which service is better between these two? As you all know both these services have almost same pay structure and privileges. Then why one should go for Civil Service?

Joining Civil Services is not only based on perks and privileges it offers, but also (mostly) based on ones own wish/desire to serve people and the country by becoming key component of the system and personal desires.
Though, there is certain back stage status quo as well at the play, but most of the time aspirants go for Civil Services just because its their dream to be in it.
Besides, there are many carrier opportunities apart from CSS that offer way more monetary perks. You can go for "them" if you are looking that side of the story.

P.S.: When it comes to our dream we don't tend to quantify it by any means!!
