Dear All senior I have to ask from you that is there any particular difference B/w the Compulsory Subjects of CSS and PMS exams i.e Course Outline, paper pattern etc

here is of PMS;

SYLLABUS

In PMS there are no separate papers of Current Affair and E.D.S but there is paper of G.K comprised of 100 marks mcqs.In PMS there is paper of Urdu compulsory which is not included in Css.

Cany any body tell me how to use dawn news , many seniors adviced me that read dawn but how to use it for preparation of css , plz tel me in detail
