Dear Kamran first of all welcome to CSS forum. As far as your question is concerned to be eligible for interview it is necessary to clear the written exam. To clear the written exam a candidate must get minimum of 33% marks in each paper and 50% marks in aggregate. Interview is not a very big hurdle. Usually 95% candidates who clear the written exam also clear the interview. Job offer is subject to the number of posts available and provincial quota.
