can mba apply for css?

pehli baat tu shukriya account approve krnay ka
number 2 mera b.a 3rd division hai 44% lakin mai ne Mba kiya hai 60% k sath.kiya mai css k liya apply kr skta hon?meri age 25 hai.
aur mai police k liya apply krna chahata hon.

Keeping in view the following rule you are eligible

(ii) A candidate who has obtained a Third Division (or ‘D’
grade) in his/her Bachelor’s Degree will be eligible for the
Examination in cases where he/she has obtained a higher Division
in Master’s Degree.

upper age limit--- 28 years (upper age limit will be relaxed by two years up to the age
of 30 years in some cases)
Last date of application for CSS 2012 is 31st december 2011
