Missing documents, css 2016

Hi, i have given my first attempt this year and it went just okay. Not very good although i attempted all the questions, now in the end of july the fpse guys called me to send them my domicile which i did not attach previously when i sent my documents. I know that it is one of the procedures of the fpse to collect all the missing documents before the result announcement but people around me say that i might have passed because they called me for my missing documents, which otherwise they hadn't. Now the question is, is their anyway that css examination can be passed if the exams went average? And what elements are kept in view by the examinor while checking the papers? And does luck counts? Im very anxious because 2016 result might come in the end of

It is their routine work.They have to complete all documents of every candidate before result announcement.

kuch din phly unhnu ney mjy b form bhega tha os p signature nh thy.sath me 250 ka fine b pay krna pra.css 2016 se related..they said you have only 7 days ..

This is a routine work dear. Though there is coordination among all the departments of fpsc, only secrecy branch would be having the idea if you are pass or not.
