Salam to every body..

I want to join a good academy in Lahore & want to live in hostel there..

Problems with me.
1. At home I can not give sufficient time to my studies due to friends & family etc.
2. I will surely work hard much more living in any hostel as compared to home..

3. some friends discouraging me in this regard..

4.. I need study atmosphere with guidance,therefore want to join academy..

I am an MBA & hardworking man.. CSS has been my passion..

Well Zaheer, It Depends on your personal judgment as you can judge your atmosphere better then others. Many of my friends (belongs to Sindh) are preparing at academies and living in Lahore, but that dint add something extra to their study atmosphere. If you need study atmosphere you can join any good library at your city (you can spent whole day over there) or you can get a flat/ room at rent near you house area (and disclose it to your every friend). I said this because in hostel and in academy you spent money and might that atmosphere dint fit on your demands then you might got disturbed again. So prefer library or separate flat in your city and and one sincere advice to you that kindly do not waste your money and more importantly time in any (even best) academy. because today most of it (not all) are money making business.

Well if you think you can work better at hostel then its your call, as for the academies i would strongly recommend you to run a search for academies at the forum and see that other members have to say regarding them. Besides, joining academy is no taboo.

Its better that you move to Lahore and join academy. It is not possible to study properly at home due to reasons mentioned by you. But one thing is important that you should focus on studies in Lahore and dont just waste time in other activities... You know what i mean. Best of Luck.

It happens to alot of people they cant do studies at home including me.

khuhro bhai, you are absolutely right. Because there is no surety that a person will prepare well in other city.

The best place where one can learn and practice, is his own home, his room, especially for such a challenging exam.

Brother i myself is also preparing for css at my hometown peshawar.I was unable to prepare properly at my home due to certain reasons.I never tried to go for any academy neither i tried to go to any other city.I just hired a room in a private hostel and started my preparation also i m in linkage with a bureaucrate.he instruct me once in a week and for the rest time i prepare for css in light of his advices.
Alhamdulillah i m doing realy well and cover a subject in maximum 20 days.

@abbas.. i myself believe in SELF STUDY.. but what ails me at home i have come out of the dilemma..now i have many knowledgeable people in contact from lahore etc who have really guided me in this regard..& No doubt.. CSS forum is the best academy... & ones own home is better to live in.. Now i myself have planned to hire a private room for study purpose.

coz you are getting from someone already in this field.
I visited few academies here but could not find any one satisfactory.
