Exclamation need information
Salam to all respectable members of CSS forum. I have learnt from different people that it is easy to pass the written examination of CSS but to clear interview one should have strong reference. Is that true? Don't they give chance to a ordinary person? middle class people....

Simply a baseless allegation. Rather I would say that more people from Middle Class finally get allocated in CSS and Pms. Even chairman Ppsc said to one o the interviewee in his Pms interview the other day that 85 % of the people getting successful in CSS and Pms belong to middle class who studied at "Taat Schools".

You don't have to be that much confused, appear in the exam, pass it, give your best in the interview and hope for the best from ALLAH, believe it or not, by no means a "reference-sifarish" can work. There is no truth in those rumours.
