AOA!
can someone give the css exam after grduation? how much time is require for prepraration ? and what kind of subjects have to study to go foreign service? ( as a ambasador).

Yes after graduation one can appear in CSS Exam.

Yes it can be given after having atleast bachelors degree.

It varies from person to person, generally it requires atleast 5 months for a beginner.

It is the final score that decides the group...so you can opt any subject irrespective of your choice group.
