What's the procedure to apply?

Can somebody tell what is the procedure to apply for css. Also tell about the documents required

Registration will begin in the last week of September and close on the 31st of October. It is advisable to apply online and get a print out of the online application. Documents required are your attested degrees, NIC, Domicile, pictures, work exoerience documents (if any), certificates of extra-curricular activities (if any), scholarships (if any) etc.

But If the person has only the Marks sheet, How he will apply in this case, as you mentioned earlier post that Degree attested required , I have done B.COM and I have only Mark sheet issued by university. The final degree will issue in next year.

Also tell me that I have done B.COM 2 years bachelors, so I'm eligible or not?

You can submit your degree at later stage. And yes you are eligible based on this information.
