65% of Gross Pension as Monthly Pension
35% of Gross Pension as Commutation for 12.3719 years.
(Gross Pension is calculated by a formula from the Last Pay Drawn by You out of which 35% is surrendered for 12.3719 years as a commutation).

GPF

Free Medical Treatment from Govt Hospitals.

75% Monthly Pension & Benevolent Fund to Wife in case of own death.

Some Departments have Housing Schemes and officers manage to secure a house for living till retirement.

Respect in Society if you have done some good work

May be there are other perks & privileges granted by some specific departments.
