In 2013 most of the cadidates whose result were withheld, were fail.

in my 2012 attempt, my result was withheld, as i submitted NOC, they declared my result

Sad story. Wish you good luck..but one thing i dont understand.what is the fun of making hue and cry and holding result if chapter has to be closed after result declaration? Whether one submit noc or not if he is fail his css journey has ended his result should be announced. By the way fpsc did the same last year i and my friend has appeared in 2013 without noc. they didnt ask me for noc altogether, but compelled other to submit his noc. He couldnt submit but fpsc declared his result and he was fail but interestingly pass in english essay and precise.

I appeared in css 2014 but could not submitt degree at that time. Untill now i have not received any letter from FPSC to submit degree. If any body could comment why and if any body received such letter please share?
